We are seeking a Project Coordinator! An amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of retail, commercial, restaurant, and hospitality custom fabrication management. We are looking for talented, hard-working team players with creative sensibilities to help with unique challenges, varied assignments, and assist in managing a wide range of exciting production projects. We are looking for a person that can dive right in with a valuable skill set and provide project management support. You will provide assistance during all phases of the production process: estimating, procurement, fabrication, finishing, packing, delivery, installation, and punch list completion.
Here our Project Coordinators are creative, dedicated members of our team who are comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the workday. As a contributing member to all stages of the management process, being a detail oriented, organized individual will make sure you thrive in our fast-paced environment. Being a self-starter, having a willingness to take the bull by the proverbial horns, and think outside the box are pluses when it comes to our group. Project Coordinators report to senior project management and senior design team members to create award-winning cool shit.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in a technical discipline that would excel you in this position

I.E. Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design

1+ years experience designing and working on commercial and hospitality environments.

Functional knowledge of construction documents, specifications, shop drawings, and detailing
-
Ability to work self-sufficiently. Must demonstrate ability to think independently and work autonomously.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline driven work environment.

Exceptional communication (verbal/written) skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and vendors

Diligent and detail oriented as it relates to all aspects of project management

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to be forward thinking

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project related systems such as accounting/cost software, scheduling programs and documentation tracking systems.

General knowledge of AutoCAD, Solidworks, and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred but not required

Junior designers report to design management and senior team members to create award-winning interior spaces. At 555 we are responsible for it all, not just painting pretty pictures. Qualifications

Interior Design Degree

1+ years experience designing and working on commercial and hospitality environments is a plus, but not a requirement

Interest in furniture, fixtures, finishes

Comfortable with talking to vendors and an interest in sourcing new products for the design team and specific projects

Familiarity with all phases of the design process, from big picture conception to detailed design to construction administration

Familiarity in specifications, construction documents and detailing

Familiarity in graphic and presentation skills

Proficient AutoCAD & Revit skills
