Product Description
When The Boka Group and The Bristol announced that they would be collaborating to re-envision Chicago’s Landmark Restaurant we were thrilled to be asked to join them for a fourth project.
We chose the carnival-inspired, yet weathered elements of the Italian seaside resort city of Rimini as inspiration. The focal point of the dining room: a half-lit neon sign spelling out the Italian word “framani,” which loosely translates to “handmade”, is an homage to chef and co-owner Chris Pandel’s Italian-inspired craft cooking style. The ambiance is dramatically enhanced by Antonio Pinto’s rustic plaster walls and our hand-crafted lighting elements hanging high in the rafters . Earthier elements are balanced with more refined additions such as the custom made speedometer-inspired clock and the bar wrapped in buttery, saddle-stitched leather much like the dash of a classic sports car.
