For Ina Mae one of Chicago's best chefs approached us with the goal of creating a concept that complements southern New Orleans-style food offerings while also creating a social environment for a lively drinking scene. Distressed woods, exposed brick, and worn leather create the backdrop of a place that has always existed, complete with a classic "Dixie Beer" painted sign that immediately feels familiar, like your favorite watering hole. Take a ride on a vintage coin-operated horse or head home with a freshly shaved Snowball from the take-out window. With a name inspired by Chef’s Grandmother, Ina Mae welcomes guests with open arms to eat and drink as one big, southern family.
