For their new flagship location at Navy Pier, Chicago Sports and Novelty wanted to create a new standard for their retail stores, starting with the guest experience and extending to how they display their product. The interchangeable system leverages standard slot and peg mechanics, allowing the shop to merchandise their space and rearrange as they see fit.
